Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. In most cases, the purchased product will be shipped in 1 - 4 days.

We are shipping worldwide (exceptions apply).

In the case of import European goods, the processing time may reach up to 7 - 14 days (picking, packing, handling time), these products ship from several European countries, like Hungary and Lithuania.

For fast shipping, we send out the products from our different warehouses. So you must calculate a different delivery time of your goods.

PLEASE NOTE: To get you your gear as fast as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages that arrive on different days.

We ship Red Rosehip™ clothing worldwide. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or college dorms.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may exceed standard delivery time. Shipping Delays.

    We usually ship your goods on the same day, if you place your order until 12:00 pm (ET). Any order placed after 12:00 pm (ET) or over the weekend will process the next business day. In the case of import European goods, the processing time may reach up to 7 - 14 days.

    Please note, we will send your goods out as soon as possible, but the shipping time depends on the shipping carriers. For the exact delivery time, please refer to the carriers' policies. FedEx USPS

    Delays Sometimes there can be unexpected occurrences that we have no control over it, and these can cause even significant delays in the shipping time.

    When you make a purchase with Red Rosehip™, you have an understanding of this kind of shipping delays and accept that.

    Out of stock items:  If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order.

    You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock, and a credit will be issued to your account.

    In this case a total refund or a replacement product available of course. It's your choice :)
